Horse Stance (주춤서기

How much weight is on each leg? 50% on left, 50% on right, sir!
How wide is horse stance? 2 shoulders wide sir!
Where are your Fists? Covering my ribs, sir!
Where are your toes pointing? Straight to the front, sir!
Where do we punch? To our solar plexus, sir! 

Front Stance (앞굽이)

How much weight is on the front leg? 60% on the front leg sir!
How much weight is on the back leg? 40% sir
What is the shoulder position? Shoulders square, sir!
Ho)w high is the fist above the knee? One fist above the knee sir!
Is the back leg locked or bent? Locked sir!
Is the front leg locked or bent? Bent sir! 

Back Stance (뒷굽이)

How much weight is on the front leg? 30% on the front leg, sir!
